This was an absolutely delicious meal! The Iron Horse Burger comes with hickory smoked bacon, Gouda,and chipotle bourbon bbq. The chili was loaded with onions, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. The burger had so many flavors hitting at one time, while the chili had a sweet thing happening that I wasn’t mad at. I would have liked so much more heat or hot sauce, but I was not mad with it at all. When it comes to my beer, I always ask for something with the taste of Bud Light, because I’m light in the ass when it comes to beer. So they hooked me up with the Halleck, from Chestnut, Morgantown, WV, an American Pale Ale ABV 6%, and I had a couple of those, very good. Iron Horse never lets me down.
